Cdr Hutton stated tot ommission the precarious condition of the financial affairs' of his Company as the result .of non — payment of the vouchers given him by the City ,of Sanford Florida, and presented voucher No. 4221, dated April 252 1927, drawn on the bon( trustess, for the sum of $13,751.84 and requested that the Commission pay, this toucher out of funds paid to the City by the County of Seminole for the paving of that portion of Hughey - Street between the City Limits and the Country Club Road. After a general dis- cussion of the matter by the Commissioners and citizens in attendance at the meeting, Mr W C Hill made a motion that Hutton Construction Company be aid the sum of 1 000.00 � Y P $ 3� Commissioner Chase seconded the motion.
