The City Commission of the City of Sanford Florida met at the City Hall at Sanford
Florida on December 28th. at 11:30 A.M. 1927.

The Chairman stated the object of the meeting being to hear a statement from the
Hutton Construction Co. through their Attorney Mr. Patterson.
Mr Patterson came before the Commission and stated; that certain litigation in the court
relative to the Hutton Construction Cots Recounts with the City having been dismissed , they
desired to have the City Commission take some action in regard to a settlement with said
Company. After some discussion of the matter. there was no action. taken by the Commission.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned.
