SPECIAL MEETING
Public Notice
The Sanford City Commission will be on the Rev. Al
Sharpton Show, which begins at 6:00 PM on March 22,
2012 at Bentley Elementary School, 2190 Oregon
Avenue, Sanford, Florida 32771. The subject of the show
is the death of Trayvon Martin.
Advice to the public: If a person decides to appeal a decision made with respect
to any matter considered at the above meeting or hearing, he or she may need a
verbatim record of the proceedings, including the testimony and evidence, which
record is not provided by the City of Sanford. (FS 286.0105)
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons with disabilities
needing assistance to participate in any of these proceedings should contact the
City Clerk at 407.688.5010 at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting.

SPECIAL MEETING
The following members of the City Commission of the City of Sanford,
Florida, along with the City Manager, attended the taping of the Reverend Al Sharpton
Show at Bentley Elementary School, 2190 Oregon Avenue, Sanford, Florida, on
Thursday, March 22, 2012, at 6 PM.

City Manager Norton N. Bonaparte, Jr.
Mr. Sharpton reviewed his perception of what happened in the Trayvon
Martin case. He interviewed Trayvon Martin's parents, Sybrina Fulton and Tracy
Martin.
Mr. Sharpton interviewed Mayor Triplett and Mr. Bonaparte, followed by
Commissioner Williams and Commissioner M
Mr. Sharpton thanked the Mayor, Commissioners, and City Manager for
being part of his show. He then moved on to the next segment of his progr. .
