P.M. in the City Commission Chambers, City Hall, 300 North Park Avenue, Sanford, Florida.

site/engineering plan approval will be required prior to the establishment of any corranercial use on this property; (B) taking into
consideration the existing structures on the property, the site will be required to meet all requirements as established in the Land
Development Regulations as considered reasonable and feasible for the property including but not limited to buffers, landscaping,
parking and stormwater; and (C) all improvements will be required to be completed prior to the issuance of any occupational

The Commission asked Commissioner Jones to further investigate a vacant property being offered for sale on
Park Avenue and to bring details back to the Commission regarding its purchase price and other particulars.
