Presem: Mayor-Commissioner Brady Lessard Commissioner Whitey Eckstein Commissioner Velma Williams Commissioner Randy Jones Commissioner Art Woodruff City Clerk Janet R. Dougherty Absent: City Manager Anthony VanDerworp City Attorney William L. Colbert Mayor Lessard called the meeting to order at 7:13 p.m. Brief overview of proposed revisions to the Charter of the Ci~. of Sanford. Mayor Lessard presented a brief overview of the proposed revisions to the Charter of the City of Sanford. Public input and discussion regarding Charter Amendment. Public input regarding the proposed revisions was received f~om citizens present including Doreen Freeman, Lon Howell, Angelia Gordon, Mary Greenwell, Robert Hillery, Judy Long, Jim Dunn, Henry Sweet, Charlotte Smith, and Maria Shreve. Citizens had the opportunity to ask questions and review documents during this discussion.
