23, 2003, at 7:19 P.M., in the City Commission Chambers, City Hall, 300 North Park Avenue, Sanford, Florida.

Mayor Lessard called the meeting to order and introduced guest speaker Bob Lee, City Manager of the City of
Gulfport, Florida.
Mr. Lee spoke in favor of and discussed the Council/Manager form of government. Various citizens provided
input and discussion regarding the proposed Charter amendment. [During the discussion, Mayor Lessard briefly left the meeting
and returned.][Commissioner Woodmffleft the meeting at 8:46 P.M.]
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 9:03 P.M.
