Adopt Resolution No. 1943 to authorize the City Manager to approve and execute Change Orders for the Riverwalk
Phase 1 project. Recommended by the City Manager.
Adopt Resolution No. 1945 to authorize Mayor Lessard to execute a corrective deed to the State of Florida Department
of Transportation to transfer approximately 3,000 square feet of land areas that were inadvertently left out of the deed
executed by the city on June 18, 1998. Recommended by the Director of Planning and Community Development and
the City Manager.
Declare the Police Benevolent Association property at 901 West Seminole Boulevard to be surplus, no longer of
public use, authorize staff to advertise for bids, and establish minimum acceptable bid amount of $300,000.00 for
purchase of the property. Recommended by the Director of Finance and the City Manager.
