Meeting on Monday, August 25, 2003, at 4:00 P.M., in the City Commission Chambers, City Hall, 300 North Park Avenue,

Sanford Airport Amhority President and Chief Executive Officer Larry A. Dale presented his budget message
and budget for fiscal year 2003-2004. Commissioner Williams moved to approve the budget. Seconded by Commissioner Jones
and carried by vote of the Commission as follows:

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 4:34 P.M.
