MINUTES
A meeting to review the 1st Street Renovation Plans/First Street Streetscape Project was
held in the City Manager's Conference Room, Second Floor, City Hall, 300 North Park Avenue,
Sanford, Florida, on Thursday, February 12, 2004, at 8:30 AM.

The participants reviewed and discussed the scope of work and 100% plans, looking for
ways to better communicate the intentions of all parties.
100% plans were objectively reviewed pursuant to Public Works Comments attached.
The meeting was adjourned at 11:35 AM.
