Thereupon the Chairman announced that the City Commission of the City
of SanI'ord,
Floriaa, by unanimous vote , had passed and adopted said Ordinance No. 331, entitled:

NO. 307 OF SAID CITY PASSED AND ADOPTED ON THE lbth. DAY OF JANUARY , 19~1, SAID
ORDINANCE RE3ULATING TRAFFIC UPON THE STREETS AND AVENUES OF ~AID CITY.
On motion duly adopted Ordinance No. 331 was next ordered PUBLISHED in the
Sanford Herald.
Consideretion next given to the request of the Senford Herald that the City
place sn advertisement in the "Mail-away" edition to be published in Jsnuary,19~3,
and on mbtion of Commissioner Gut, seconded by Commissioner Bishop and carried, a one-
half page advertisement was authorized to be placed in this edition of the ~sn~ord
Herald at s cost of $3~.~.
Communication next read from the Purple Heart Tobacco Fund, National Headquarters
at San Diego, Cslif, requesting a donation in amount of $63.00 for the purpose of
purchasing a case of fifty cartons of
men of the Armed Forces.
Request refused.

Bonds
Thereupon the Clerk was instructed to withhold purchasing any of said
Series A bonds until there is a considerable decline in the market price.
The Clerk next reported that the price on City of Senford Refunding Series "A"
has increased to $390.OO per bond.
Refunding
On motion of Commissioner Gut, seconded by Commissioner Lodge end carried,
the Commission next authorized the following sales of properties acquired by the City
thru foreclosure of taxes and/or special assessmen~ liens, subject to 1~2 City taxes end
all unpaid Stets & County texas:

Application next received from Edward and Maggie Green to purchase Lot 32
Dixie, at a price of $10.OO, which represents the amount of the City's liens against this
property under the adjusted basis, plus foreclosure costs; they having owned the property
before the City acquired it thru foreclosure of tax liens.
Thereupon on motion duly adopted, the Commission authorized the sale of the
aforesaid property to Edward and ~aggie Green at a price of $10.00 subject to all
State and County texas.
