(1) Sanford Airport Authority_ Financial Repor~ - 3rd Qtr. FY2004. (Sanford Airport Authority representatives) Mayor Lessard reported this item will be presented at tonight's Regular Meeting. (2) City_ of Sanford Financial Report - 3rd Qtr. FY2004. (Finance Director Smith) Mr. Smith reviewed highlights of the report, and answered questions. (3) City_ of Sanford Risk Management Report - 3rd Qtr. FY2004. (Risk Manager Fosson) Mr. Fosson reviewed highlights ofthe report and answered questions. [Vice Mayor Dr. Williams left the meeting during discussion.] (4) FY 05 Bud,,et/FY 06 Budget. (City Manager Grieshaber) City Manager Grieshaber reviewed some funding considerations and some funding options. [Vice Mayor Dr. Williams returned to the meeting during discussion.] Mayor Lessard reported all members o f the City Commission need to be present for the budget discussions and requested staffto schedule a Budget Work Session between August 13 and 19, 2004. (5) Coun _ty Ordinance Pro_nosing to Impo~ Urban/Rural Boundary Reatrietiona via a County Wide Referendum. (City Manager Grieshaber) This item was discussed and City Manager Grieshaber reported a resolution opposing the issue has been prepared for the City Commission's consideration.
