(8) Sanford Fall Boatinr E~po at RiverWalk Special Event: approve street closure of Seminole Boulevard (RiverWalk) from Highway 17-92 to the west side of Palmetto Avenue from Wednesday, September 29,2004 at 8:00 AM. until Monday, October 4,2004, at 5:00 P.M. and approve use of city prllperty (RiverWalk and Memorial Park) for the special event. Recommended by the City Manager. - (9) 16th Annual Historic Sanford Home Tour Special Event: approve street closure of Magnolia Avenue from 1st Street to 8th Street on Thursday, December 2,2004, at 9:00 A.M. to Friday, December 3, 2004, at II :00 P.M.; approve use of city property (Magnolia Square) for the special event; approve waiver of fees for this city co- sponsored event. Recommended by the City Manager. - (10) Authorize use of General Fund Reserves to cover fundinr shortfall in the Seminole Town Center CRA Fund in amount of$13,713.71. Recommended by the City Manager.
