Be it resolved by the City Commissioners of the City
Of Sanford, Fla. in regular session assembled, that the
Mayor-Commissione~ be, and he hereby ~s, author~ed to
enter into ~n a~eement with the ATL~ITIC COASTLINE
RAILROAD COMPANY, an~ to sign same on behalf of sai~ City,
whereby the said Railroad Company gives and ~ants unto the
eai~ City of Smfo~, Fla., the right and privilege to lay
and~ for the pu~psse of a storm sewer, a line of
l~-inoh double strength concrete pipe aeross the right of
way and underneath the main track of the Sanford
Everglades Branch of the A~lan~io Coast line Railroa~ in
sai~ City of 5anford, at a point 30~3.5 feet westwar~ly from
Mile Poet S-1 (Sanfor~ 2~le~e)~ all as more particularly
~esoribed in sai~ agreement date~ November 19, 1~$
