Meeting called to order by the Chairman.
The Commission then proceeded to a lengthy study of the estimated budget of
revenues and expenditures for the fiscal year 1943-1944, as prepared by the
City Clerk, after which the meeting adjourned until 3:00 o'clock P.M.September 3,1943.

the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, at 3:00 o'clock P.M.September
Present: Commissioner Edward Higgins, Mayor.

Absent: Commissioner N.J.Lodge.
Meeting called to order by the Chairman.
Thereupon the Board proceeded to a further study of the budget of revenues
and expenditures for the fiscal year 1943-1944, final action being deferred pending
further consideration.
On motion duly carried the Commission next authorized the employment of
J.E.Urich in the Inspection Department to assist the City Inspector with sanitation
work, at a salary of $21.OO per week.
There being no further business the
