Current invoices and payrolls for the month of October ]943, prooerly audited and Vouchered as evidenced by voucher nos. 61~? thru 62?0 submitted, examined, aporoved and Oeyment authorized. Monthly reoorts of Streets, Sanitation, Health, Water, Po]ice,Fire,Library and Golf Departments for the month of October 1943, Submitted and examined. Financial statement and statement of revenues and exoenditures during the month of October 1943, submitted and examined. Caotaln Wood~ of the ~ · ~lvatlon Army next aooesred an~ requested the City to grant them a lease on the City-owned dwelling house located at 919 French Avenue, which is be~n~ used by the Salvation Army for the local Boys Club. Stafford as full settlement of the balance due on the ourchase of the aforesaid orooerty, and that t~e Clerk be aut~orized to cancel the balance of contract in amount of Seconded by Commissioner Lodge.
