the meeting was to confer with Mr.W.T.Wolfe,Traffic Consultant, Jacksonvi~le,
with resoect to the local freight rate structure he is making for the City.

comolled and oresented to the orooer authorities for the ouroose of establishing
a soecial "Water Rate" for Sanford.
