The City Commission of the City of Sanlord, Florida, met in adjourned cession at
the City Hall in the City of Janford, Florida, at 1:30 o'clock P.~.~ctoOer 25,

meeting called to order by the Uhairman.
~essrs R.L.Oornell, J L Ingley and Lea R.Lesher, members of the City Planning Committee
nex~ appeared before the Board with further reference to their request for the City to
appropriate $1,200.00 for recreation activities durzng t~e fiscal year 19q~-l~qS, and
outlined t~e proposeG recreatzon program, of wnic~ ~,600.OO of said funds will be used
for payment o~ salary cZ a director curing the su:,~mer months.
Thereupon after consideraOle discuscion, Commissioner Gut moved t~at the City appro-
priate $1,E~O.U~ ~rom ~ne Contzngent Fund to the Department of Recreation, that $600.00
of ~aid ~unGs to 0e used for the purpose of paying salary cZ a recreation director
during the summar months at rate o~ $200.00 per month sn~ ba£ance to be used for
purchasing equipment and payment bi miscezlaneous expenses of recreation activitiec, and
that R.L. Cornell, J.L.Ingley and Lea R .Lasher, members of the City Planning Committee,
or ~neir slternates, ce appointed as a Recreation Committee consisting of three members
to cupervise the disbursement of said fundc.
