The terms of the original Joint Participation Agreement, executed on March 13, 2012 are hereby
amended as follows:
The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate the approved design plans into the agreement.
Said plans were approved by the DEPARTMENT on April 27, 2012. Approved plans are
hereby incorporated as Attachment "I".
The original Joint Participation Agreement delegated the authority to enter into this
amendment to the LOCAL GOVERNMENT'S City Manager or Designee for the sole purpose
of adding the approved plans to the agreement.
Except as hereby modified, amended or changed, all of the terms and conditions of said original
Agreement thereto will remain in full force and effect.
The following attachment is hereby incorporated into this Amendment:
