You are hereby notified to commence WORK in accordance with the Agreement dated April 30
2012 This Notice authorizes the CONTRACTOR to commence construction, and, in
accordance with the Agreement, all work shall be substantially complete within 77 calendar
days of the date of this Notice to Proceed. Therefore, the date of substantial completion is July
16, 2012 The date of Final completion is August 15, 2012.
