ZONING ORDINANCE
CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA.
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A ZONING PLAN WITHIN THE CIT~ OF SANWORD
CREATING NINE (9) DISTRICTS, REGULAT±NG AND RESTRICTING THE LOCATION AND US~ OF
BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES, I~ND AND WATER FOB TRADE, INDUSTRY, RESIDENCE OR OTHER PURPOSES,
THE HEIGHT AND SIZE OF STRUCTURES, AND SIZE OF OPEN SPACES FOR LIGHT AND VENTILATION;
ADOPTING A I,~P OF SAID DISTRICTS; DEFINING TERMS USED; PROVIDING FOR THE ADJUSTMENT,
ENFORCEMENT AND AMENDMENT THEREOF; AND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION.
