Thereupon the Commission Oroceeded to canvass the returns of
the City of Banford, Florida met in special session at the

Thereupon Commissioner Williams move~ that the returns of the Clerk and
Inspectors of the Municipal Primary Election held November 4, 194~, Oe accepted.
Seconded by Commissioner Bishop and carried.
Thereupon John Krider,Sr. was declared to be the regularly elected nominee
in Group No. i and Randall Chase the regularly elected nominee in Group No. 2 for
the position of City Commissioners of the City of $snford, ?loride, to be voted upon
at the General ~unicioa] Election to 'be held on December 2, 1947.
Commissioner C~rraway ne×t moved the payment of ~lO.O0 to eoch of the inspectors
and clerk of the ~'unicipal Primary Election held on November 4, 1947.
Seconded by Commissioner Williams and carried.
~lnutes of all regular, special and adjourned meetings of the Commission for
period February 24th thru July 21st , 194~ next read and approved.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned.
