Nr. Warren P. Hunnicutt, Appraisal Engineer of the firm of Warren P.Hunnicutt
Company of St. Petersburg, Fla., next appeared before the Board and suoml~ted a
proposal for revaluing all real and personal property within the City, outlining
their procedure for arriving at valuations of all classifications of property, and
submitted samples of the card index system they propose to furnish for assessment
purposes; stating that the estimated cost for their services for revaluation of all
real and personal property would amount to approximately $25,000.00. Nr Hunnlcutt
also submitted a list of cities that they had made similar appraisals during the
past several years, including the cities of Winter Haven, Lake Wales and Dade City,
and requested that these cities be contacted for recommendations as to their
qualifications.
Action deferred pending consideration of similar proposals submitted by other
appraisal engineers.
There being no further business the meetlng then adjourned.
