The CitO' Oommission of the City of 5anfo~-'d~ Florida, met in adjourned session at the
City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, at 2:00 o'clock P M June 21, 19~6.
Present: Commissioner H James Gut, Mayor.

Absent: Commissioner W.C.Hlll

Reetlng called to order by theChairman who announced that the purpose of the meetl~
was to confer with the City Recreation Director, the City Recreation Committee and the
Recreation Committee of the Junior Chamber of Commerce relative to formulating the joint
summer recreation program.
Thereupon after considerable discussion and consideration of the programs as outlined
by Director Kettles, same were approved.
On motion duly adopted, it was agreed that the City pay the salary of $200.00 per month
for the Director and expenses for the miscellaneous activities from funds appropriated
for this purpose, and that the Junior Chamber of Commerce pay the salaries of assistant
supervisors that they have employed.
There being no further buniness the meeting adjourned.
