City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in adjourned session at
at 7:30 o'clock P M September 10,19~6.

Neeting called to order by the Chairman.
Consideration next given to certain changes requested by the West Virginia Training
School, Inc. in the tentative lease agreement with them covering the use of certain
buildings, facilities and personal property at the Sanford Naval Air Station for operating
a vocational training school.
Thereupon after considerable discussion, the Commission approved a modification
of certain terms and conditions of the lease agreement and rejected other changes request-
ed, and directed that same be submitted to the West Virginia Training School for further
cons~aeration .
The Commission then proceeded to a further study of the budget of revenues and expendi-
tures for the fiscal year 19Lh5-19~7, final action being deferred pending further consider-
ation.
The meeting then adjourned until 4:00 o'clock
