Meeting called to order by the Chairman.

at 7:30 o'clock P.M. NovemOer 21,
Minutes of all regular, adjourned and special meetings of the
October 8, 1945 thru April 10,1946, next read and approved.
On motion duly adopted the Commission next authorized the decorative street
lights to be lighted on December 1 thru January 1, for the holiday season.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned.
