The hour having arrived for receiving bids on

All bids were submitted to the City ~anager and City Engineer and Consulting Engineer
for consideration. After due examination they reported in favor of Bid $5 and on motion
duly passed, this report was adopted and the City Manager authorized to execute contract
on the part of the City of Smnford,
Communication from the City Planning Commission was read Re: colored section in
Fort Reed, with the following recommendation:
"That the resolution passed at the last meeting of the City Planning Commission relative
to boundary lines of the Fort Reed colored section be amended so that the South line of
this colored section be described as follows: viz:
The south line of the North 1/2 of the Northeast 1/~ of the South west 1/4 of Section
6 Township 20 South Range 31 East.."
Upon motion duly passed the recommendation was approved.
The plats of the following subdivisions were presented and approved:
.Musson and Abercrombie's Subdivision" . Teague Addition to san ford" Road Side
Park "a colored subdivision.
