Present: ~ormnissioners rorrest Lake, Mayor, S 0 Chase and ~ J Marshall Minutes of Meeting of July 5th to £?thTax Equalization Board, and ~egular meeting o~ July 2?th and AJourned meeting of August 5th. 1925 read and approved Thereupon Commissioner C J Earshall introduced ~esolution ~EZg, entitled: "A Eesolution providing ~or the paving re-paving, hard surfacing and re-hard surfacing of Oak Ave. from High Street ~o Highland Street, a width of £~ feet." and moved that same ~e adopted. Said motion ~eing duly seconded, prevailed by the unanimous vote of the City Co~mnission. Thereupon the Chairman of ~he ~ity ~ommission announced that the ~i~y Commission o~ the ~tty o£ Sanford. Florida had unanimously passed and adopted that certain resolution ~EZS, entitled: "A Eesolu~ion providing for ~e paving, re-paving, hard surfacing and re-hard eurfacing of Oak Ave. from High ~treet to ~ighland ~treet a ~'~iath o~ £~ feet." Co~nissioner C J ~darshall then in~orduced Eesolution ~£~6, entitled: "A resolution providing for the paving z~e-paving, hard surfacing and re-hard surzacing of Cordova Drive, Oommuni~y ~ay, Coronado ~oncourse, Revona Court, Colonial ¥~ay and Avenue ~elia in the ~lat of Highland Park, a wi~h of £~ £eet." and moved that same be adopted. Zaid motion 0eing duly seconded, prevailed by the unanimous vote o~ the City Commi~sion. Thereupon the ~hairman o~ ~he City Oommisston announced that the City Cmmnission of ~he City of ~anford. Florida had unanimously passed and adopted that certain reolution entitled: "A Resolution providing for ~he paving, re-paving, hard surfacing and re-hard suri'acing of Cordova Drive, Co~unity .~ay, ~oronado Ooncourse, Revona ~ourt, Colonial ~ay and Avenue ~melia, in the t~lat of Highland Park, a '~ of ~ feet."
