The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Plorida, met in Special Called session
at the City Hall in the 01ty of Sanfo~d, Florida, at 8:00 O'clock P. M. June ?,

Meeting called to order by the Chairman.
Wilson Holt of Goodbody & Company, Fiscal Agents, then advised that the $1~2~,000.00
(par value) Water and Sewer Revenue Certificates had been printed, the validation certXflcates
thereon executed by the Clerk of the Circuit Court, and are ready for execution and delivery
by the City at the Hanover Bank in New York City to Shields and Company and McClary & Company,
who were awarded the bid on sale thereof on May 18, for sum of $1,157,?~0.00, together with
accrued interest.
Thereupon after discussion Commissioner Krlder moved that the Mayor, City Clerk
and City Attorney be authorized to deliver the bonds to Shields & Company in New York Olty,
and that the Clerk be authorized to act in the capacity of T~easurer for the City in de-
livering said bonds and accepting payment therefor, the expenses in connection therewith
to be borne by the City. Seconded by Commissioner Kadet and carried.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned.
