The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Special Called session at
the City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, at 8:00 o'clock P. M., August 15, 1955, for
the purpose of considering the proposed budget of revenues and exoenditures for the fiscal
year 1955-I956.
Present:
Commissioner J. D. Cordell, Mayor

City Clerk H. N. Sayer
City Manager W. E. Knowles
Meeting called to order by the Chairman.
The Board then proceeded to a lengthy study and discussion of the proposed budget of
revenues and e×oenditures of the Utility Dep-artment (Water & Sewer), as prepared and submitted
by the City Manager.
After careful consideration of the appropriations for each department, the Commission
tentative approved the Utility budget, subject to adoption by appropria ~e budget resolution
and ordinance.
Consideration of the General Budget was deferred until a later date.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned.
