[Commission Memo 06-236 and a proposed land use plan was distributed just prior to tonight's meeting by Planning and Development Services Director Russ Gibson.] There was lengthy discussion, during which Dr. Bill Vogel, Superintendent of Seminole County Public Schools, distributed and discussed a document entitled, Northwest Seminole School CapaciO,' Vice Mayor Williams moved to approve the first reading of Ordinance No. 3982, subject to and conditioned upon the developer being able to meet and reach an acceptable accord as to any development order to be approved by the Staff and approved by the City Commission, and that failing the execution of such a development order, the applicant, specifically Horton, has agreed to withdraw the application. [Commission Memo 06-237] Commissioner Jones moved to approve award of Phase 1 of the Northshore/MmJna Isle Seawall Project to Antinori Management Group, Inc., in the amount of $486,900 and to authorize an additional $28,800 of City funds for this phase, contingent upon Suncor depositing $204,000 into the City project account line and that the Mayor be authorized to execute the implementing contract.
