The meeting was called to order by the Chairman.
Harold G. Nartsock, Hartsock & Hartsock, C.P.A.'s,
Colbert
appeared to present the audit
City's records for the fiscal year ended September 30, 1982, and submit a management
in accordance with Chapter 10.500 FS, Rules of the Auditor General.
The Mayor acknowledged that there were no negative remarks in the Audit, nor in
letter.
Commissioner Farr moved to accept the Audit, and to authorize payment in amount
$7,500.00 to Hartsock & Hartsock for said Audit. Seconded by Commissioner Smith and car-
ried.

Commissioner Yancey reported that he is tendering his resignation as a member of
the Seminole Community Action Board of Directors Commissioner Smith moved to accept said

resignation and to thank Commissioner Yancey for his service. Seconded by Commissioner Farr
and carried.
There being no further business,
the meeting was adjourned.
