Sanford, Florida, met in Special Session in the
Sanford, Florida, at 3:00
The meeting was called to order by the Chairman, who announced the purpose of the
meeting was to discuss with the City Attorney, Civil Action suit DeLattibeaudiere et al vs.
City of Sanford.
After discussion, Commissioner Farr moved to continue the City's efforts to
resolve the situation and authorize the City Attorney to meet with D. M. Lipman, Attorney,
per instructions of the court to exhaust all means to resolve, and if not, to notify the
court of an impasse. Seconded by Commissioner Smith and carried over dissenting vote of
the meeting was adjourned.
