Present: Commissioner Forrest Lake, Mayor, S 0 Chase and E F Housholder.
The Mayor stated the purpose of the meeting was to consider City Zoning as
planned by the City Planning Commission.
Mr Gardner S Rogers, who was employed to prepare such plans was present with
the Planning Board and fully presented the matter, submitting plans etc. and after careful
consideration by the City Commission the matter was tentatively approved, subject to further
recommendations by the Planning Board, who were authorized to hold a public hearing on the
proposed plans, and report their findings and recommendations to the City Commission for
their further consideratiom.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned.
