Present: Commissioners Forrest Lake (Nayor) S 0 Chase and E F Housholder.

Minutes of last regular meeting read and approved.
Communication from the PlayGround Commission Re: Construction and equipment of
playgrounds at Grarmuar School was read and the matter was taken under advisement.
Agreement with the Atlantic Coast Line Ry Co. was submitted and the following resoluti
passed:
BE IT RESOLVED, the City City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida in regular
session assembled that the Mayor, be and he is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement
with the At~a~t~.C~amt Line Ry. Co. and to sign same on behalf o of the City of Sanford
Florida whereby the said Railroad Company gives and grants unto the City of Sanford Fla.
the right and privilege to lay and maintain for the purpose of a storm sewer a line of
12 inch cast iron or re-inforced concrete pipe across the right-of-way and underneath the
Railroad Company's track, known as Cedar Ave S put and across the Right of way, and under-
neath the old road bed of the Orange Belt Ry. ( now the property of the A C. L.Ry Co)
Said pipe ~eing parallel with and near the southeasterly line of Fourth Ave. in said City
of Sanford Florida, as more marticularly described in said agreement , which agreement
is dated Dec. 8, 1926.
The City Commission then proceeded as an Equalizing Board to hear any complaints
or objections that might be filed in connection with
Streets in the City of Sanford Florida:
Mangustine Ave. from First St. to Second St.
the proposed paving of the following
Second Street from Avacado Ave. to Mangustine Ave.
There being no complaints or objections filed, the Commission declared the
assessments equalized, approved and adjusted.~*'
The reports from month of November of the City Nanager and City Clerk were sub-
mitted and approved, and ordered filed.
Upon motion duly adopted the Clerk was authorized to cancel the following taxes:

East to Sanford Ave. a width of 24 feet."
and moved that same be adopted.
Said motion being duly seconded , prevailed by the unanimous ~ote of the City
Commission.

Thereupon the Chairman of the City Commission announced that the City Commission
of Sanford had by unanimous vote passed and adopted that certain resolution
entitled:

Commissioner $ O Chase thereupon introduced Resolution ~333, entitled:
A Resolution providing for the paving, re-paving, hard surfacing and' re-hard surfacing
of Third St. from Avacado Ave. west to Persimmon Ave. and Persimmon Ave. from Third St.
North to First St. , a width of 24 feet."
and moved that same be adopted.
Said motion being duly seconded, prevailed by the unanimous vote of the City Commission
~nereupon the Chairman of the City Commission announced that the City Commission of
the City of Sanford, Florida had unanimously passed and adopted Resolution ~333, entitled:
A Resolution providing for the paving, repaying, hard surfacing and re-hard surfacing
ef Third St. from Avacado Ave. west to Persimmon Ave. and Persimmon Ave. from Third St.
N~th to First St., a width of ~4 feet.".
The following bills were read and approved and the Clerk authorized to pay same.
