The Bond Trustees of the City of
Florida, on January 20, 1928 at 5 P M.
Present ,
Sanford Florida met at the City Hall in Sanford
Housholder
Chase
Miller.
Mr S G Gray of Hall & Pentland reported that the funds realized from the sale
of $510,O00.00 Re-Financing bond issue had been received and deposited in City Depository
and on motion by Mr S O Chase, seconded by Mr F L Miller, Mr Gray was authorized to make
up a detailed proposition of such accounts as he deemed proper to be paid from these funds
and submit same to the next meeting of the Bond Trustees, and said motion was unanimously
adopted.
Check $10~l, Favor City of Sanford Interest Accoumt in the sum of $1,313.32 and
check ~1002 Favor of the First National'Bank of Sanford Florida in the sum of $10~,802.05
both of said checks drawn against Bond Trustees Re-financing Bond Fund in the Sanford
Atlantic National Bank were approved
The meeting then adjourned.
