The bond trustees of the 0ity of Sanford Florida, met at the
i Florida on January 23rd. at 4 O'Clock P M. 1928.

Minutes of meetings of January 13, 16, and 20th read and approved.
Mr S G Gray of Hall & Pentland, submitted a schedule of payments to be made on accounts
ipayabl~of bond funds , and same was approved and checks ordered drawn to pay same as appear-
in Schedule Supplement No. I to Official Document A-1
· Mr George A DeOottes, 0ity Attorney, being present offered to accept 60% of face of his
bills appearing in this schedule, and said offer was duly accepted.
Payment of items appearing in Schedule Supplement ~3 from the regular Bond Funds now in
City Depository were also authorized.
Also items mppearing in Schedule $4 of Supplement ~1 to Official Document A-1 were author-
ized to be paid from the amount saved by the reduction m~de in the bills of Mr De0ottes.
The meeting then adjourned.
