of City Clerk, F S Lamson.
Upon motion duly adopted, the Clerk was authorized to issue check to Committee,
American Legion in the sum of $50.00 for Expenses Re: ~est Palm Beach Storm Relief.
Upon motion duly adopted the Clerk was authorized to issue check in the sum of
$10.00 to each of the Inspectors and Clerk of Charter Amendment Election Held on Sept 18th.
The City ~anager was authorized to place insurance on all automotive eGuipment,
on which policy expired Sept 15, 1928, with C olclough Insurance Agency, covering liability
~nd property damage.
After some discussion of the adoption of ordinance fixing the license rate on
the following:
Sale of B~nkrupt stock, Bottling Works located outside City; Chautauqua performances;
Bakeries, located outside City; and skating rinks; the matter was laid over until the next
meeting.
The City 0ommission'authorized payment to Fla McCracken Co~rete ~lpe Co. of $3000.00,
balance on Bond Tr. Time Warrant ~4409, leass a 5% disc., the face of warrant being $11,181.94
This warrant to be paid through Re-Financing Bond Fund. Fla Mc_Orack~n Cgncre~e pipe. o?. h~dpre-
viously agreed to take this balance in City Bonds.
