The City ~anager was authorized to place insurance on all automotive eGuipment, on which policy expired Sept 15, 1928, with C olclough Insurance Agency, covering liability ~nd property damage. After some discussion of the adoption of ordinance fixing the license rate on the following: Sale of B~nkrupt stock, Bottling Works located outside City; Chautauqua performances; Bakeries, located outside City; and skating rinks; the matter was laid over until the next meeting. The City 0ommission'authorized payment to Fla McCracken Co~rete ~lpe Co. of $3000.00, balance on Bond Tr. Time Warrant ~4409, leass a 5% disc., the face of warrant being $11,181.94 This warrant to be paid through Re-Financing Bond Fund.
