in Regular Session at the
Reading of minutes of Regular meeting Sept 10th, Call Meeting of Sept 19th and
Adjourned meeting of Sept 21st. waived.
The Oon~ission authorized the payment to the First National Bank, the sum of
$20,680.09, less a 5% Discount - $19,6~6.O9, through the ReFinancir~ Bond Fund. To take
up Bond Trustee Time warrant No 4410 sent to them by the Texas Company. Also the payment
to the American 0yan~aid Co. the sum of $1~,58~.83, less a 5% Discount - $13,855.59, through
the ReFinancing Bond Fund; to take up Bond Trustee Time Warrant ~4408 assigned to them by
Hutton Construction Company.
The Clerk was authorized and instructed to charge the $1200.00 previously appro-
priated for the relief of the storm sufferers in the West Palm Beach area, against the
Contingent Fund.
The Clerk was also authorized and instructed to charge the cost of publishing the
Charter Election proclaraation against the Contingent Fund.
Upon motion duly adopted, the sum of $12OO.OO was ordered transferred from the Con-
tingent Litigations Account to the Contingent Account, both of said accounts being withim
the Department of Miscellaneous Activities~
The City Attorney was instructed to draw up ordir~nce prohibiting the keeping of
cows in certain districts in the City of S~nford.
Mr G A DeOottes called the attention of the Commission to the need of repairs at
the City Dock; and upon motion duly adopted the City Manager w~s instructed to have neces-
sary repairs made, and to have the flower beds on pier put in order.
