The Chairman announced that the purpose of the meetin~ was to sit as an Equalizing
Board and consider any complaints to the assessed value as placed on the 1928 Real Estate
Preliminary Assessment Roll, individual notices having been previously mailed to the v~rious
property o~mers.
~ereupon, those to whom notices had been mailed setting this day as the day upon
which consideration would be given to any objections, were requested to present said object-
ions, if any, proper notation being made in each case~ For further consideration, the prop-
erty owner to be notified of the final decision made with respect to the objection registered.
There being no further business,
