The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida met in adjourned session
at the City Hall , Sanford, Florida at 2 O'Clock P N October 3rd. 1928.
Present: Con,missioner E F Housholder, Mayor

Absent: Commission $ 0 Chase.
The Chairman announced that the purpose of the meeting was to sit as an EGualizing
Board and consider any complaints to the assessed value as placed on the 1928 Real Estate
Preliminary Assessment Roll; individual notices having been previously mailed to the various
property owners.
~'hereupon, those to whom notices had been mailed setting_ this day as the day upon
which consideration would be given to any objections were requested to present said object-
ions, if any, proper notation being made in each case, for further consideration~ The propert~
owner to be notified of the final decision made with respect to the objection registered.
There being no further business
