The City Conm~dssion of the City of Ss~uford, Florida met in adjourned session at
the City Hall , S~uford Florida at 2 O'Clock P E October 5ht. 1928.
Present: Commissioner E F Housholde~

Absent: Co~mmissioner, $ 0 Chase.
The Chairman announced that the purpose of the meeting was to sit as an Equ~lizing
Board and consider zny complaints as to the assessed value as placed on the 1928 Real Estate
Preliminary Assessment Roll, individual notices having been previously mailed to the various
property owners.
Thereupon, those to whom notices had been mailed, setting this day as the day upon
which consideration would be given to any objections were requested to present their objections,
if any, proper notation being made in e~ch c~se for further consider~tion. The proDerty owner
to be notified of the final decision made with respact to the objection registered.
There being no further business, the meeti~ adjourned to meet ags~in at 2 O'Clock
P ~ October 6th. 1928.
