The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Fldrida met in adjourned session
at the City Hall, S~uford, Florida at 2 O'Clock P ~ October 9th, 1928.
Present= Commissioner E F Housholder, Nayor.

Absent= Commissioner, $ 0 Chase.
City Attorney, George A DeCottes.
~e Chairman announced that the purpose of the meeting was to sit zs an Equalizing
Board and consider any complaints as to the assessed value as placed on the 1928 Real Estate
Preliminary Assessment Roll, individual notices having been previously mailed to the various
property owners.
Thereupon, those to whom notices had been mailed, setting this day as the day upon
which consideration would be given to any objections were requested to present their object-
ions if any, proper notation being made in each case for ~urther consideration. The property
owner to be notified of the final decision made with respect to the objection registered.
There being no further business, the meetir~ adjourned to meet again at 2 O'Clock
P E October 10th 1928.
