The Chairman announced that the purpose of the meetinc was to sit as an
Equ~lizing Board and consider any complaints as to the assessed value as placed on the
1928 Real Estate Preliminary Assessment Roll; individual notices having been previously
mailed to the various property owners.
Thereupon, those to whom notices had been mailed, setti~ this day as the day
upon which consideration would be given to any objections were requested to present their
objections if any, proper notation being made in each case for further consideration,
The property owner to be notified of the final decision made with respect to the objection
registered.
