The City Commission of the City of Sanford Florida met in adjourned session
City Hall, S~nford, Florida at 2 0~Clock P E October ll, 1928.
Present: Commissioner E F Housholder, Eayor.

Absent: City Commissioner, $ 0 Chase.
City Attorney, George A DeCottes.
The Chairman announced that the purpose of the meeting was to sit as an
Equalizing Board to hear any complaints as to the assessed value as placed on the 1928
Prelimir~ry Assessment Roll from those who had not received individual notices, or from
those having received notices, who had not had an opportunity to meet with the Equalizing
Board.
Thereupon, those present were requested to present their objections if~any,
proper notation being made in each case for further consideration. The property owner
to be notified of the final decision with respect to the objection registered.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned to meet again at 2
O'Clock P E October 12, 1928.
