AdJottrTled Session Odtober 2_K at 2 P M 19 ~ 459 The City 0ommission of the 0ity of Sanford, Florida met in adjourned session at the City ~all, Saaford, Florida October 25th at 2 P M 1928. Present: Commissioner E F Houeholder, Mayor. " Frank L Miller City Attorney, George A DeOottes 0ity Clerk, F S Lamson Absent: Com~issioner 80 Chase. Upon motion duly adopted 0ommissioner Housholder was authorized and instructed to immediately request the State Comptroller to fumnish a complete itemized statement of all actions and conduct of the Receiver of the Seminole County Bank. Upon motion duly adopted, Robert Davis, now serving a sentence in prison was granted a conditional pardon, provided he returns to his homes and takes care of his family~ Chief of Police,-~lliams was instructed to require Davis to report to him at regular inter- vals and if the conditions of the above pardon are not carried out, Davis to re-arrested and required to serve the balance of his sentence. Upon motion duly adopted, Frank Blair, now serving a sentence in prison, was granted a pardon, conditional upon good behavior and supporting his family. Upon motion duly adopted the 1927 personal tax of R A Cobh was reduced to $25.00 due to over-assessment. In conformity with the mimtes of the City Commission under date of September 10, 1928, bonds nos. 691, 692 and 693 of the A-1 issue dateJJan 1, 1928 were executed and the Clerk instructed to deliver one to F T Williams and two bonds to the Florida Power and Light 0ompany, receiving a receipt therefor from each in full payment of balance of account as set up in Refinancing Schedule A-1.
