The City Comn~ission of the City of Sanford, Florida met in a Special Called ~[eeting at;
the City hall in Sanford Florida at ll O'Clock A E December 17th 1~28.
Present: Co~nissioner E F Housholder, Mayor.

for $2,372.15
~r M B Hutton of the Hutton Construction Company presented invoice/representing work
and materials furnished on streets where the paving has not been completed, stating that he
had not submitted this invoice before as he thought the City was intending to complete thei
paving of these streets and he would submit bill for the entire cost at that time
Er Hutton also submitted a letter from Fred T Williams, City Engineer at the time the
work was done, to the City Commission, certifying to the correctness of the invoice, and
stating that the charges in question had not been included in any estimates heretofore
furnished the Hutton Construction Company.
THEREUPON, after considerable discussion of the matter, Co~nissioner Eiller moved that
the invoice of the Hutton Construction Company, amounting to $2,372.15 be approved for
payment. Seconded by Co~nissioner Chase and unanimously adopted.
Upon motion duly adopted it was ordered that ~ary Brown and Frank Howard, now serving
sentences in jail, be released and sentences suspended.
There being no further business, the meeting adjourn d to meet again at 20Clock P E
December 18th, 1928
