CITY COMMISSION. SANFORD. FLORIDA. Adjourned Session Dec.
The City Commission of the City of S~uford, Florida met in adjourned session at the
~City Hall in Sanford Florida December 18th at 2 O'Clock P N 1928

Absent: Co~issioner S 0 Chase.
The Clerk was authorized and instructed to open an account at the First National
Bank of Sanford Florida entitled Bond and Coupon Redemption Account, and to deposit therein
the amount of money required to pay City of Sanford Bonds and interest coupons due January
1st 1929, it having been previously agreed that the First National Bank of Sanford will
remit in their own name to the National Park Bank of New York City, together with schedules
of maturities with instructions from the First National Bank of Sanford to pay the desig-
nated coupons and bonds due January 1st 1929, said bonds and coupons to be forwarded to the
First National Bank of Sanford when paid, and charged again t the above bond and coupon
Redemption Account when delivered to the City of Sanford.
Invoice of Hof-Nac Battery Company for $550.00 covering purchase of Radio and public
address system installed at Band Shell, aoproved and the Clerk instructed to draw check
in payment thereof.
Invoice of Hutton Construction Company, in amount of $?50.00 for construction of tennis
court approved for payment.
There being no further busine~s, the meeting adjourned.
