The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida met
City Hall in Sanford, Florida at 4 O'Clock P 5~ December 29,

authority of Resolution No. 375
379 which was unanimously adopted,
the City of Sanford, Florida offered
to settle the indebtedness originally incurred by the Sanford Chamber of Commerce with
Dorland Advertising Agency by delivery to said Dorland Advertising Agency of seven (7) bonds
of the City of Sanford, Florida,
bonds in the sum of $693,000.00,
bearing interest at the rate of
of the denomination of $1,000.00 each, of an issue of
known as Series "Al" dated the first day of January 192~,
5~ and 6 per centum per annum, said bonds to be delivered
to Dorland Advertising Agency bearing interest at the rate of six per centum per ann~m, and
WHEREAS, Dorland Advertising Agency has declined to accept this adjustment of the ac-
count of the Sanford Chamber of Commerce, but has agreed to receipt the account of the
Sanford Ch~nber of Commerce in full, provided ten (lC) bonds of the City of Sanford,
Florida of said issue are delivered to it, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that in addition o't the bonds authorized to be delivered to Dorland
Advertisi~ Agency under authority of Resolution No. 375, three (3) additional bonds of
said issue to,-wit Bonds Nos. ~97, 539 and 5~0, be delivered to Dorland Advertising
Agency upon the terms and conditions set forth in said resolution No. 375, all interest
coupons maturing J~nuary 1st, 1~29 ~tn~cnea to said bonds" ·
be attached at the time of the delivery of said bonds.

instructed to issue and deliver 10 bonds as provided in Resolution
F S L~mson as City Clerk, were authorized and

-the Dorland Advertising Agency, receiving therefrom a receipt in full of the account of the
Dorland Advertising Agency agair~t the Sanford Chamber of Co~rce, together with three
notes executed by the Sanford Ch~nber of Commerce in favor of the Dorland Advertising Agency.
There being no further business , the meeting adjourned to meet again at Two O'Clock
P M December 31, 1928.
