After due notice to each and every member of the City Commission of the City
of Sanford, Florida, a Special Call Meeting of the City Commission of the City of Sanford
Florida was held at the City Hall at Sanford, Florida at noon on the 19th day of
September A. D . 1928 in accordance with the provisions of Section 130 of the Charter of the
0ity of Sanford, Florida, to canvass the returns of the Special Oharter Amendment Election
held throughout the City of Sanford, Florida on September 18th 1928.

The City Commission proceeded to canvass the returns of the Special Charter
AmencLment Election held on September 18th 1928 for the approval or rejection of:
1. The amendment of Section 8 of the Charter of the City of Sanford, Florida.
2. The Amendment of Section ll of the Charter of the City of Sanford, Florida.
3. The amendment of Section 13 of the Charter of the City of Sanford, Florida.
4. The amendment of section 20 of the Charter of the City of Sanford, Florida.
5. The amendment of Section 57 of the Charter of the City of Sanford, Florida.
6. The amendment of Section 66 of the Charter of the City of Sanford Florida.
7 The amencbnent of Section 75 of the Charter of the City of Sanford, Florida.
S. The amendment of Section 12L~ of the Charter of the City of Sanford, Florida.
9. The amendment of Section 48 of the Char~er of the City of Sanford, Florida.
