The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Special Session at the
City Hall in the City of Sanford, Florida, at 12:O0 o'clock Noon, November 5, 1941,
for the purpoee of canvassing the returns of the ~unlclpal Primary Election held
November 4, 1941.
Present: Commissioner W.C.Hlll, Mayor.

Thereupon the Co~ission proceeded to canvass the returns of the Mu~lcipal
Primary Election held on November 4, 1941, as ~de by the Clerk Md Inspectors of
said election as ~ollowS:

Thereupon Commissioner Rollins moved that the returns of the Clerk Md Inspectors
of the Municipal Primary Election held November ~, 1941, be mccepted. Seconded by Co~issioner Lodge and oa~ied.
Thereupon H.James Gut was declared to be the regul~ly elected nominee in Group
No. 2 for the position of City Commissioner of the City of S~ford, Florida to be
voted upon at the General Municip~ Election to be held December 2, 1941.
~ motion of Commissioner Rollins, seconded by Commissioner ~dge and ca~led,
payment of $5.00 to each of the Inspectors and ~e Clerk of the Municipal Primary
held on November ~, 19~, was next ~thorlzed , after which the meeting adjou~ed.
